"It’s my own fault for visiting this location despite complaints to corporate, management, and the better location down the street in front of Rave. This time I just got a refund. No complaining, no attitude, no commenting, just wanted a refund so I could go down the street. As soon as I entered the Rave location I knew I made the right choice."

"Prepare to sit for an hour waiting on a coffee. We sat in this store for 40 minutes. Watched the staff make about 100 online orders while people in the store got pissed and walked out. We got a refund and left. It's crazy to me that management lets 80% of the staff focus on app orders while everyone sits for an hour. The worst part is that the app orders had about 30 drinks that hadn't even been picked up. Clogging up the counter. And yet 6 of 7 person staff just kept making app orders. Save yourself the time and money. And use one of the 4 other coffee places within a mile of here. This is the most poorly managed starbucks I've ever seen. Zero respect for their customers."

"These guys are amazing they are the most happy of anyone I've ever seen at 530am and any time of day after that just awesome! I can't say enough good about them. These guys really set the bar for customer service I hope they get honored for this some how! Thank you bayou by the mall you rock! I wish we could all rock customer service in pensacola like these guys our town might could go back to the wonderful place it was like when I was a kid!!!!!!"
