"My daughter was in town for 3 weeks from Chicago visiting her stepfather and myself last month and needed workspace with high resolution wifi and quiet office space. She emailed to try to make arrangements...no response. She called and got voicemail. She left her contact information. Again, no response. I even drove to the office on Barrancas to try to speak to someone in person about arranging for my daughter to be able to work there while she was in Pensacola. There was no one at the front desk, just a sign stating to call the phone number that my daughter had already called. I called myself and left my number asking for someone to call me back. Again, radio silence. I have to say I don't know how they are still in business. When I went into the place it was around 1:00 in the afternoon and there was one gentlemen in the whole place who was just a tenant and couldn't help me. I just think it's terrible customer service that no one even bothered to call or email back. My daughter made other arrangements. Don't bother with Jetty."
