"Queen was very knowledgeable when it came to her service But unprofessional when it came to returning text in a timely matter. She seem to be quick tempered and easy to anger for no apparent reason . For instance after she colored my dreadlocks I felt like they were darker than I expected so I sent her a message something to this affect which didn’t constitute her asking me to find another stylist it read. Queen down the line I would like a lighter color because my hair is too dark , I was referring to my hair color . She responded the next morning which I find unprofessional . Her message was if I wanted my hair dyed a lighter color she suggest I find another stylist not only for the dying of my hair but for the added extensions . I tried to come to some sort of compromise but it was impossible . She was mad for absolutely nothing. When all she had to say was I don’t think it’s a good idea to color your extensions . For whatever reasons she was the professional I was only telling her that when we color my hair again I would like it lighter . I would not work with this person again she needs to learn how to talk with her clients in s professional matter"
"This was my first time ever going to a loctican that wasn’t my sister and needless to say I’ve found a new one! Her work and knowledge on hair and loc care is phenomenal, she provides peerless customer service the energy I her shop is smashing if I could rate this with all of the stars in the universe I would she absolutely popes her all into this I couldn’t have been more happier walking out of her shop! I’m well traveled and have been to get my hair done at a good amount of places and find it really hard to find trustworthy people in this area and she is one of one if you’re wondering if you want to go to her shop this is a sign!"
"I don't even know where to begin...Queen is AMAZING! After going to another salon for starter locs and paying ridiculous money to have my hair mangled, I fortunately found her for a second opinion. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helped get my locs started correctly ! I seriously do not have enough words to express my gratitude and how highly I recommend her❤️!!!"
