"Had a horrible experience. Went to have hair highlighted/foiled, spent $120 and now my hair not only has blonde highlights but orange as well. I was told to use purple shampoo to tone down orange, and it has turned some of my blonde to grey. Although Gina offered me to come in to correct, I don't feel comfortable as she indicated she has no idea how this happened, and she told me the orange was already in my hair! Couldn't really see the debacle until I got home because the salon is not very well lit and her station is in the back of salon. Never again!"
