"The booking process was through a chat bot which was restrictive and annoying. The place itself is lovely and I felt I could have had a lovely pampering time as I made myself a tea. Kourtney was just lovely. She cut my hair. However, I'd waited almost 20 mins past my appointment time which was annoying as I'd hurried to make it on time. I was charged $63 for a 15 minute dry trim!!! I'd been quoted $48. But they put a proviso that prices started at that. I don't know how I could have had less of a cut!! No pampering, no extras. I was offered a wash after the cut, who knows how much extra that would have been. As I said, Kourtney was lovely but I didn't tip as I was in shock at the price. It they'd charged me the $50 I'd expected she would have gotten $15 from me."

"Ale is the best hair stylist I have ever worked with. Just look at the before and after pics. I used to go to another high end local salon and my first experience there was good, but look at how the lady there cut my hair the second time around in the before pic… it’s a shame because I was trying to grow my hair long and she ruined it. Ale fixed this atrocity by bringing the layers closer together and recoloring my hair. The end results were incredible. It’s been 3 months since I got my hair colored and cut by Ale and other than the new growth, my hair color looks exactly like it did when Ale first fixed my hair. She is clearly a very talented with hair and I will only be going to her for my hair cuts and coloring. Thank you Ale!"
