"Started out well on Instagram trying to make an appointment with Christy. She responded immediately. Sent pictures in as requested. Never heard back. It’s been almost a week. Was very polite in my correspondence. That being said, a professional stylist would have a proper booking system, would also highlight their training and skill set, list the product they use and provide you with a breakdown of costs. I selected her based on her post on Instagram as her work is really beautiful. But if you don’t know how to treat your potential clients or you discriminate based on something (you won’t know because you won’t hear reply), why are you even say that you are taking new clients? I think that respect is a two-way street based on business. You can’t get it if you’re not willing to deliver it."
