"I would give them a 0 stars if i could. I wish i read the reviews before i booked with them. Please be aware of this company. They dont care about you or family they only care about the money. They will put you and your families life in danger and they're not ashamed about it and they will do thier best to hold your money for the longest time possible and for sure they will make any possible excuse to take your money and deposit. 1st the day the AC kept on leaking on the carpet and the water heater and it shut off the whole electricity and the whole apartment was full of smoke and they moved us another dirty apartment for 1 day until they fix the ac the next day of course all this process took very long time and we stayed in the lobby with all our luggage and my 2 years all daughter and my 2 months old daughter and in their sleeping time. And then next day the said they fixed the issue so i moved again back with all our stuff and then in the middle of the day the water heater blew up and the whole house is full of smoke. I told them i will not risk my family's lives so i left at 10 pm with the kids in their sleeping time for the second day and i got another apartment somewhere else. So they ruined my birthday and my vacation. So at least they should refund my money for all this hassle we had. But of course not the charged me cleaning fee 2 times for both apartments and for 5 nights. What a heatless people they only care about money and nothing about thier clients and of course they returned the money 18 days after so much back and forth missing $1200 so not only ruining my birthday and vacation no but i paid for it also. The manager her is Cherie Kelly. Please be aware of her she's 2 faced unethical realtor. Please be careful and read reviews first"

"Agents, sellers, buyers beware. They employ Agents that have no communication skills with fellow realtors. They have miscommunication with sellers and not properly supporting sellers and over promising value. They will ignore you unless it benefits them. Our experience with agent Kevin Schulz has been disastrous from a buyer stand point. I feel horrible for the sellers he was representing. Our realtor shouldn’t have to beg and reach out over and over again to get anywhere in the purchasing phase. They then tie up your money in a title company that they own. Be cautious and do your research before working with some of their agents."

"The property I was leasing was managed by Berkshire Hathaway. Communication was horrible if you needed something from them but great if they needed money from you. Cherie was my leasing agent and barely gave me the time of day. Endless fees and extra charges that should of been the owners expense but they charge out of your pocket. They find a way to take most of your security deposit no matter how well you clean and maintain the property. Was told I would be reimbursed for purchasing a washer/dryer and never was even though I called, texted, and emailed. Maintenance was slow to respond to major needs including weeks without hot water and weeks without A/C in the Florida summer. Do not rent a property if Berkshire Hathaway is the leasing manager. Horrific experience."
