Cinnamon Beach Vacations

"As beautiful as the location was, beware if anything goes wrong. They don’t really try to fix it, and will ghost you if you try to pursue a resolution. There was hair on the wall and a clogged drain the first night. They fixed that, but then the hot water went out after one bath and no amount of time refilled the tank. They “fixed” it only for it to go out again, and then no one could come back to fix a third time. Have you tried giving small children cold baths after the beach or pool? Torture. We asked for them to make it right afterward, and they interacted only to then completely ghost me on a resolution. Didn’t even politely refuse my proposal. Highly disappointing service despite the beauty of the location. Pool is amazing, and restaurant staff were great."

"Unbelievably beautiful place. We have stayed in both the condos and houses here. We come as often as we can. Beautiful clean quiet private beach. Amazing food at your own clubhouse! Two pools. Two gates to get through so you are very safe. Very close to everything in Palm Coast. A private piece of heaven. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend coming here."

"Cinnamon Beach is a hidden gem! We stayed in a condo (Unit 251) and were blown away by how spacious it was. It was 3 bed/3 bath and also had a very spacious patio with direct view of the ocean. Clean and furnished with all the necessities. Would stay again!!"

"We stayed in a condo on the north end and had a great view of the beach and there were beach access points through out the resort making getting to the beach easy. There are naturally occurring rocks on the beach at the north end, which you had to keep an eye out for during high tide when they were covered, so several days we set up on the beach near the pool. The rules while we were there was the large pool by the beach was designated a quiet pool and the small pool behind it was the family pool, which ended up being way overcrowded. The two pools are not enough for the size of the complex to have one be a quiet pool, so I wouldn't recommend Cinnamon Beach for families with young children during the busy tourist season."

"We had a wonderful experience with Cinnamon Beach Vacations. The unit (600 Cinnamon Beach Way #532) was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff at Cinnamon Beach Vacations were quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our vacation and made sure we were ready to just kick back and relax. Quick access to the beach and pool, with fantastic views, especially at sunrise. Would highly recommend."
