"This is the second time I have used John & Cynthia Ryan to assist me and my wife purchasing and selling our home. They are extremely honorable and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. That is why we reached out to them again. Recently I did some corrective work for another one of Cindy's listings and I could not believe how tolerant John & Cindy were with the recent Google reviewer even though the owner used them to get bids and oversee the work ranging from new roof, new cedar siding from collapsing sides and wood rot window frames and support for front porch, leveling concrete front patio due to settlement issues and collapsing brick work, installed screen & lattice to keep out rodents, interior & exterior paint, collapsing kitchen sink, window replacements, replace light fixtures, reface fireplace, electrical work done where no electrical outlets existed, deep cleaning, landscaping and clean up and THEN PULLED THE LISTING to do a short term vacation rental. After all the months of work I saw John & Cindy do, I saw the review posted and it disgusted me. In my opinion, the Google review is false. The couch was not broken and there was nothing wrong with any of the furniture or the staging decor that looks brand new. The VRBO link below shows everything in very good condition as I can attest it was. If the couch is broken, why is it showing in the pics? It is a shame that people use platforms like this to express hatred and lies because of hurt egos. Again, in my opinion, the claim is unfounded and John and Cindy were severely mistreated."
