"They really done a lot of upgrades to this place.. so much cleaner inside and out... New paint on the outside looks so much better than the color yellow... It is now a slate gray.. there is no AC here but other than that it's a good place to do my clothes."

"Nice laundrymat we like to use in naples when we're in town for the week on vacation. Overall pretty clean and usually have machines open so no wait..Only complaint is only half the fans were working on ceiling and it gets crazy warm in there, not sure why theres no a/c on."

"Stopped in to wash a comforter. Well lit, clean facility and clean machines. Young man Jose working there was very helpful answering questions, as I was unfamiliar with the machines. What a hard worker- he continued to clean the entire time I was there and updated me on my drying time as I was waiting in my car. Bring cash - machine there to make change for bills $20 or under. Will return again for any large items!"

"Today was my wife and I's first time in this laundry mat and we were pleasantly surprised with the facility and the cleanliness of the place. We came in close to closing time however Jose immediately greeted us and informed us that we were getting close to the closing time but that we had ample enough time to get everything that we needed washed and dried. He was so helpful and so kind and hospitable. He is a pleasure to talk to. My wife and I will definitely be coming back in the future to take care our laundry need Oh yeah and one last thing I forgot to mention we had to rush to get to the Shell Shack before they closed at 8:00 and our clothes were not done washing so I told Jose what our situation was and he happily said that he would be totally cool with putting our clothes in the dryer once they finished washing and watch over them until we got back. This type of individualized customer service is very rare these days it it was very nice to be taken care of like that"

"This place gets one star because all the machines are in working order. The people that run this place are horrible and I am not sure why they are getting paid. There is no need to have anyone monitoring my clothes when I am paying $6 dollars per machine. I left for fifteen minutes and when I came back, the woman working here had the nerve to take my clothes out of the three machines and throw them on a table in a pile. When I reached to use one of their laundry carts, she told me that was her cart and I could not use it. When I asked her why she took my clothes out of the machines.”, she said someone else needed to use them. When I initially arrived, I had to wait 15 minutes because someone else did the same thing to me"
