"I just left this laundromat and let me just let you know, DO NOT, I repeat, go there. Horrible business and I hope they get shut down! Today I called the owner because their dryer literally burned my expensive cleaning towels, and the owner pretty much said he didn’t care and it’s none of his concern."

And not just a dump by Naples' standards, it would be a dump in Detroit or Houston or Tallahassee. It's incredibly neglected, there's no attendant, and all the rest."

"Walked in and out of this business, which appeared dirty and neglected. I have edited my original review regarding the number of machines that were out of order, based on the owner’s response, which did not address the issue of cleanliness. The number of washers and dryers that were out of order, while significant is the least of this facility’s issues, in my opinion."

"1. It’s filthy. Just gross. I‘ve been to laundromats from coast to coast, and this was by far the dirtiest. 2. Half the machines are labeled “out of order.” 3. The machines that are “in order” aren’t necessarily in order. I got a washer to work after repeated tries just to watch my sleeping bags melt in the dryer despite its having been on a setting and time I’ve used dozens and dozens of times before. Since this laundromat is an unattended space that presumably just collects money from the poor, I’m going to presume no one cares. Naples is a wealthy town where most people do their laundry at home, and the laundromats here reflect a severe lack of respect for anyone who needs to use one. This one just happens to be across the street from a Race Trac you need to avoid after dark because a belligerent and violent homeless population lives behind it. No one in here was scary at 3 PM, but there was indoor smoking, and who wants that confrontation… If you have a car, drive a little further. If you’re existing in a financial picture where you can’t avoid to lose clothes, this whole place is ready to give you the finger, for a price…"
