"Very bad place ,,,,,They serve whoever they want,,,I was there for four hours being the next person to serve me,,,they have very bad customer service...I do not recommend anyone to visit that place"

"This office uses a calling system and they do not relay messages to the office for scheduling appointments, and they give incorrect info. I was 5 minutes late and called to make sure it would be ok, answering service said come ( I had a 1 hour drive) and when I arrived 5 minutes later than the appointment time, I was denied and told to reschedule. I have been here before and had to wait 1 hour past my appointment time. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. Mostly Spanish speaking staff."

"I have 4 hours waiting for a correct answer, to my question, the staff is either unqualified or they do not know anything about how this administration is managing the resources, we are going from bad to worse, it is a shame to be disabled, so as not to have to live this humiliation, I can only say, my life was never as miserable as the one lived by low-income people. "This place is terrible. Stay far away from this practice. Both of my elderly parents have been patients. Recently they called in the wrong prescription for my mother to her pharmacy. On top of that they never answer their phones, can't fit their patients in for medical emergencies, don't call in prescriptions when they need to be refilled and they don't send necessary referrals unless you follow up with them 5+ times."
