"I ordered wings from here and as I was eating I found feathers on multiple of my wings so I called the store and the manager told me I should pluck off the feathers and when I told him if he’d like to see them he said he didn’t care to see them that is a horrible customer service from a manager i don’t know if he was in a bad mood or something but you should never speak to someone like that."
"Service was very slow, which is not a server issue (they were wonderful) but a staffing issue. Pay your employees. The part of my order that I was extremely displeased with was the amount of wings that had visible feathers still attached and fried (4/12 that I noticed). That alone will prevent me from ever eating at this location again."
"As expected, BWW always has a plethora of available screens to showcase the sports of the day while enjoying your meal, a few drinks, and bantering amongst other sports fans. However, just do not expect that scene/vibe at this location on Halloween. I specifically went to BWWs after leaving the golf course to eat and watch sports until Game 4 of the World Series started. Unfortunately, the terrible customer service from the shift manager overshadowed the kindness exhibited by the bartender and waitress. After I watched a rerun of a Saturday football game for 10 minutes, I asked the waitress could she turn the TV to the golf channel so I could watch the live college tournament. She did make every effort to and accomplished the task after another 15 minutes. But, not only did the content change on the TV I was focusing on, several TVs were changed to Casper the friendly Ghost with the audio broadcasted throughout the establishment. After listening for 10 minutes, I asked if the sound could be aligned to any sports-related TV. The staff did turn the sound to a sport news show but was soon thereafter instructed by the day-shift manager to turn the sound back from sports to a children Halloween movie. This is a sports bar!! And…no kids were present. Upon my inquiry… Waitress responded: "She's a Halloween fan so that's why the TVs are on the Halloween movie". So yes, a discussion was had with the manager to attempt understanding why I was not able to watch and listen to sports-related content on a late Tuesday afternoon. She was very abrupt & dismissive and informed me that golf wasn’t relevant enough to listen to and continued to say - “TVs sound will change to sports when the 8pm game comes on…nothing good is on until then.” It's 530pm and those that are here want to watch sports and have fun. The day manager (Oct 31) definitely isn't adhering to the 5 BBW values. I’m confused…does the establishment aim to provide an environment that is welcoming and adjustable to the desires of the paying customers? Or, does the desire management trump the customer? To add insult to injury, there is no reason the food should have been mediocre (dry wings and overcooked wedges) during a slow evening."
"Pathetic how far they've fallen, had a hand injury so got boneless instead of bone in, half the "hottest" forgot the name, half mango habenero and they bring these tiny nuggets instead of something of substance. BWW at this location have very kind staff and seemed way faster and better quality food this visit but, portions are dramatically smaller."
"This is an excellent place for wings and a beer, weekdays there is a happy hour from 3-6pm and later after 9pm. If you like a good blonde beer try the house “wild heard” made by goose island brewery, a tall 22oz beer if only $3 all day and ever day, best deal in town for sure. There are many other drink special, I’m sure you’ll find a favorite there for sure. For the wing they have about 20+ flavors of sauces from mild to to super hot. The staff has always been friendly and efficient when I’ve been there. The location has plenty of free parking and you will find inside booths and tables with an outdoor seating area as well. There is a full service bar with plenty of high back seats. Tuesday and Thursday you will have specials on the wings. Download there app to play trivia and earn points for free foods, probably the best free awards program out there …definitely give Buffalo Wild Wings a try at this location or any other, I’ve noticed the same great service in South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and even in Abu Dhabi, UAE. My favorite sauce is the Mango habanero for hot and spicy garlic for medium, and I would suggest having chipotle barbecue dry rub added to your fries or tater tots, it’s amazingly good."
