"Interesting design horrible food asked for well done fries twice they are still soggy hot dog was okay, chicken sandwich not spicy at all vinegary taste sauce taste like it’s gone bad. steak sandwich taste like a wet towel between soggy bread, the peppers were good steak had no seasoning. Ps cheese taste like plastic"

"It felt like I was home. I'm originally from Chicago ate at Portillo's alot. Been a Floridian for 6 years. I miss ... The Italian beef is so awesome and if you want a real Chicago hot dog try one here! Been here with my brother and friends. Especially with my father who is now not with us. I haven't had one bad thing yet! And too many places offer Chicago hot dog it's not elsewhere. And staff is always helpful. P.s. don't forget to ask for refill on soda! You're welcome"

"Visited this Portillo‘s location right around 11 AM not busy at all but still waited approximately seven minutes to receive my to go order. I saw approximately seven employees, most were just standing around. I posted some pictures of how I received my to go order.It wasn’t bagged up. But was told that “order number 104 is ready to go out the door “I asked for a bag and was just handed a bag, so I bagged my own order up, and also I didn’t get my side of gravy.The service that I received was very poor at this location. I spent $35 at this location. Food was good, but efficient friendly service is also important!!"

"First time coming here. Big inside, not busy at the time we came like 9:30pm. Hot dog, Burgers and Fries. Salads and dessert. Burger was ok and fries. Cheese for the fries had a funny taste to it and the BBQ sauce also had a different taste then I'm use too. Service was quick and atmosphere was ok."
