"I’ve been going to TCP for over 15yrs!!! I love nurse Val. As well as of the other assistants in back! If I can’t get to dr Jagadish, Those Three ladies help me and my four children with all our concerns! Very Reliable, Professional and treat me & kids as u would like to be treated! The first and only Dr office my kids been too! And I’ll have it no other way! Anyone that gets on this app and try to tear down that business & associates needs to seek help! Any sickness or problems my children have or had they healed my children and listens to my kids as well! Nothing but love & Respect for Tender Care Pediatrics DrS & Nurses and medical assistants! ❤️"

"Valencia has been caring for my daughter every since she was a baby. She is kind and makes me and my daughter feel comfortable at every visit. She listens to my concerns and needs as well as my child's. I told her many times I come there just for her. It's hard finding a great person to care for your child and she does her job very well. She is what makes Tender Care so special to me and my child . I couldn't imagine anyone speaking ill intent on her. She's Awesome"

"Went there for my daughters 1st week appointment and never stepped a foot back in that nightmare, wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!! Staff was extremely unprofessional, they were all arguing with each other at the front desk and made the environment uncomfortable, one of the nurses even told one of the receptionists off because the receptionists thought it was okay to tell a really scared mom over the phone to come to the doctors office for a broken arm instead of the ER?? The doctor we saw wasn’t confident with herself or what she was telling us. I had a stroke due to a PFO (a flap in the heart that everyone is born with and it eventually closes as we grow older, mine didn’t close), the doctor didn’t know what a PFO was, and didn’t understand why I was a high risk pregnancy, didn’t understand why they kept a close on eye on my baby’s heart and thought it was unnecessary to keep having follow-ups with cardio. Isn’t it crazy how a Pediatric Doctor doesn’t know what a PFO is when every single infant has one?"

"Nurse Valencia, needs instructions on how to be professional , she is rude loud, and obnoxious. Nowhere near a real nurse, probably a CNA. Children are scared of her attitude, and probably the staff. Doctor needs to step up and fire her ASAP. The place is called TENDER CARE."
