"In October 2023 I called Dr. Pinto office to make an appointment since I chose him as my new PCP. The receptionist said there is a 3 month wait. Since I was coming from another practice and had labs done I just needed to see the doctor for prescriptions and referrals. Despite my making this clear to the receptionist she continued to say I had to wait. Then I asked the receptionist if they had a PA or a triage nurse. She said they did and she scheduled me with the nurse. My experience with nurse was fine but in my five months I never was scheduled to see Dr. Pinto despite their claims of rotation. I did however see the PA he is clueless in administrative procedures. The office manager is the doctor wife and she's never in the office so staff do as they wish. When I called for lab results I've asked to be transferred to the Dr 's voice mail but receptionist said they do not have voice mail. We asked the PA for a letter for social security he penned it on a script we then asked for it on letterhead the PA said they didn't have letterhead. The office is runed by girls that are putting people lives at risk. I read all the reviews and it points to a failure in the office staff. Beware!!!"

"I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Pinto and his staff. Dr Pinto is one of a kind. He is an excellent and compassionate doctor who truly cares about his patients. He advocates for his patients that he would do his best and will not give up till his patients’ meds and tests will be approved by the insurance. I never felt rushed, he takes time to listen and explain things no matter how busy he is. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would because he deserves it! I highly recommend Dr Pinto if you are looking for a primary doctor."
