"Excellent in every way. First, the office was well organized. They were able to give me a prompt appointment for my son. They emailed me information and forms in advance. When we arrived, everything was clean and in good repair. All the staff were helpful and communicative. The wait was not long. The medical staff was excellent with my autistic teenager, especially Dr Sou herself. They chatted with him to build rapport. They got his consent every time they touched him. He felt safe and relaxed, and was easily able to cooperate as a result. We needed their help to complete paperwork, and they did it quickly and easily. I'm used to medical offices acting like it's a burden, and it being like pulling teeth to get anything from them. So I was very pleasantly surprised. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."
