"The nurses Katie, Lesly and Tish are awesome! They have always explained things thoroughly and have made me feel like family. They are very compassionate and understanding that going through chemo isn't easy. Some people come in very pleasant, and some have came in angry or upset, the staff shouldn't be the punching bags. The entire office helps as much as they can."

"I will start off by saying the front desk woman with the curly black brownish hair is so sweet. She made me feel like I was walking into a four star resort. She always remembers my name and she is so courteous. As for Leslie, the nurse's aide, she was extremely rude. The comparison would be Cruella Deville, extremely argumentative wouldn’t let me speak very angry abrupt. she hung up the phone on me. She didn’t say hold. Wait a minute, nothing, I hope that your practice manager can sit her down and tell her this is no way to deal with sick people already stressed and going through a lot. Being courteous, kind, and to be empathetic is the way to go, especially if you’re in the medical field. Someone, please show Leslie the way because clearly she is lost."

"My mother went to hear the results of the biopsy of the mass on her pancreas and he literally just looked at the medical report and said you have stage 4 pancreatic cancer and you start chemo Wednesday. Very rushed no explanation and treated like a number not offering any options or why there are no option. Absolutely nothing. Don't recommend. Mother speaks very little English. Put preferred Spanish for language but they did not provide a translator."

"Dr. Seth Rosen spent less than five minutes with my 91 year old father. His exam consisted of putting a stethoscope on Dad's back twice, over a coat. This was after a two hour wait. He said he couldn't review all the labs because he didn't have all the results, then told us to come back in three months, and was out the door."
