"On my last visit, Dagnex Jimenez Navarro grossly mishandle my health concerns and questions. She was unprepared and misinformed about my testing, results, and previous visits. On many occasions I needed to correct her about my health records with GastroHealth. In addition, the language barrier and her unwillingness to hear me made it impossible to fully express my concerns. I kept referring to an MRI I completed in February and she would respond with “we don’t have a CAT scan”. It was confusing and felt I was talking to a wall. Her demeanor is as if her patients are inferior to her and she knows best. After attempting to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the care being provided, she asked me “what do you want me to do?”. I expected recommendations or additional information that would be helpful and stated it so. But she didn’t recommend anything or inform me in a useful way. Rather my concerns and presenting symptoms were dismissed. I walked out of my appointment soon after and will not be returning to GastroHealth."
"The attentiveness to each patient was great. It took a little time because of the amount of patients that were there. My only concern was that the two bathrooms there were out of order and there happen to be An elderly woman that needed to use the bathrooms. And she had urinary problems and had to go to another building to use the bathroom. Those two bathrooms should take priority in getting repaired because of the many elderly patients that they have."
"After being on hold for over 12 minutes, the phone was answered by an unprofessional staff person. Apprehensively, I made my appointment. Now 6 days before my appt I called to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances...I was on hold for over 18 minutes, only to have someone hang up on me. I called again and was 10th in queue, 30 minutes later I called and was still 10th in queue, 1 hour later I called and was 11th in queue! I'm at work and cannot be on the phone for 15-30 minutes at a time! I even tried sending an electronic fax, and their fax number was invalid! You would think this office would have more than 1 receptionist or a line where you can leave a message, but I guess my expectations are too high. I feel they don't care."
"I was frustrated to receive a bill from this office after I had already paid the copay at my visit and procedure. This lack of clarity about billing is stressful for patients. Facilities should be upfront about potential charges, like copays and deductibles, before or during a service so we can budget accordingly. This office as well as others could improve transparency by providing clear cost breakdowns and ensuring their billing accurately reflects payments made."
"Well I don't know how to begin the doctors.They can be good but the staff they are the worst My mom. Got diagnosed more than 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago and we still waiting for her medication.And this office don't even care to call to see how she's doing.You give it the name of pharmacy and they choose another one and still no prescription every one that works by the desk have no kindness on top the lie to you on your face to cover whatever they did wrongful I just hope I don't have to use this office again...before do not bother calling this office they never answer the phone neither calling you back.....I have to add to this because I was reading some of the reviews and sadly the agree with me I Think they need to change Staff at the end of the day it won't matter how good doctors are they going to get ruined by the staff I just saying"
