"I had their service in March of 2024 with my mom. The lack of communication between them and the nurse's is a huge problem. My mom has a trach a nurse came to assess her and didn't even know how to perform trach care. Ordering supplies was an constant issue. It would take awhile for them to come. The nurses was good! The company sucks!"
"Very poor communication on their part. 1.said we would have required Medication when we got home. Not there. We had to call them and then they told us the ‘rules’ (not before) 2. Finished the treatment & had an appointment with the nurse the next day. No show. No call. I had to call an indifferent staffer and they said sorry, you’ll have to wait 3 days to have the midline removed. They didn’t seem to care. No apologies."
"This is sad you have to get employees to make Reviews for better ratings , I have been out of the hospital for a week now and have called as instructed and still nothing, a guy called yesterday and said a nurse would be here tomorrow and no show! I called and was treated disrespectful. Second chance Was to have pt today between 2-3 because of Dr appointment in the am therapist showed up around 11 and when I answered the door bell I said you told me 2-3 and she said nothing and walked away thank goodness my Dr witnessed this, I called was told what was the issue told who ever answered the phone and I was told someone would call me back then was asked my name and told yall didn’t have a patient by that name. Ok so third chance at your request and still nothing!"
"My husbands speech therapist is contracted through this company, and we’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for y’all to send her back out. It’s been approved by insurance, etc. Throughout this time his PCP, the speech therapist, the insurance company, and myself have repeatedly called & left messages. Unfortunately no one from your organization has responded. While we continue waiting for a response, my husband is losing the progress he had been making. His speech therapist is absolutely necessary as she is helping him relearn how to swallow. This is an extremely frustrating problem for what (in my opinion) is not a complicated request. I don’t want to be rude or difficult, but your failure to respond is directly affecting my husband’s recovery. I will provide his specific patient information when I hear from your office. Thank you. Please don’t tell me to “call you”. We’ve been calling for weeks. I left my phone number on FB and via a message on your website."
"If you or your family member are in need of home health services, stay clear of here. My mother was released from the hospital mid last week. We have yet to have a nurse come by due to the apparent incompetency of this company and its staff. The first issue was, when I called to set up the service for my mom, I spoke to a scheduler and he advised a nurse would call that day to set up a time for them to come by the following day. We also went over my mom’s information and I advised him to change the primary phone number to my number because my mom’s phone is currently messed up and is unable to receive calls, just voicemails. I live with her and take care of her, so it made sense for my number to be the point of contact. He assured me he removed her number from the records and had my number as the primary. Well, he didn’t do that at all. That day, nobody calls. The next day, nobody calls. The following day, in the afternoon, my mom receives a voicemail from a nurse with quite an attitude saying she wanted to know if my mom still needed care. Again, no one at this point had even bothered to call her to set this up. So, I call the office and speak to Julia Díaz, who said she is the office manager. She said that it is the company’s policy for the nurse to call the day before a visit it schedule a time and that this nurse did not follow policy. She then tells me she is setting up for a nurse to come on Sunday (this was a Friday when we were talking) and she gave me her word this new nurse would call Saturday to set up a time. Again, they didn’t do anything they said. It is now Sunday and no one called yesterday. Then at 1:15pm, a nurse named Sandra calls and leaves a voicemail again asking if we still needed care. I try to call the nurse back and it just continues to go straight to voicemail. Unbelievable. I call the office and get a different Julia who is apparently a regional manager, who was incredibly defensive and would not take ownership as a representative of the company she works for. She just kept passing the blame to others as to why this may have happened instead of just apologizing, owning it, and coming up with a solution. She claims that she will call back today to get someone scheduled for tomorrow, but I am not holding my breath. This whole experience showed me that this company clearly could care less about the patients. My mom at least has me to advocate for her, but so many other seniors in her position do not. So, just imagine what those patients must go through when the nurses here don’t bother to call or show up and the company representatives refuse to take ownership and refuse to fix the issues. This company needs to understand that people are coming home after being in a hospital, which is stressful and traumatic enough. The last thing they need is for the home health care company, that is supposed to help continue their healing, to cause so much more unnecessary stress. Stay away from here. What an awful experience."
