"My experience with the dr was pleasant enough, however after I got my treatment I felt completely ghosted. There’s no online portal to contact her & discuss needing a higher dosage. I tried calling 4+ times trying to track down a receipt for insurance and got no answer, or an answer saying they’d email it and never did. I finally got it from them and it was the only email I’ve ever received from their office. No appointment confirmations, nothing. Please get an online portal to message staff & doctor. Every other office has one."

"I am not one to leave reviews, but my experience at NY Neurology Associates left me no choice. Dr. Mohen has been a wonderful doctor — patient, thorough, and kind. But the office staff has been completely neglectful regarding appointments, billing (including making billing mistakes themselves), and in answering any questions about my care. I have spent days, sometimes weeks, trying to get through to someone at the office via phone. I have even attempted calling different locations just to see if they can reach someone at the UES location. And I’ve been ignored via email for months regarding a billing concern. I’ve been directed to contact the general information email address, as well as given emails of specific staff members, all of which have been unsuccessful. Overall, it has been a battle to get any responses since I started seeing Dr. Mohen in October, and the past few months have been radio silent. It has been an incredibly helpless experience — one would hope that there would be more urgency and attention dedicated to any healthcare office, especially a neurology office. But I have never experienced such neglect by a healthcare office staff as I have here."

"Dr CindyJaboo MD who is my neurologist is not only outstanding neurologist but also has tremendous care and compassion. I say this as both a physician and a patient. Dr Jaboo spent. A lot of time listening to me as a patient who has migraines and who also had a trauma to my head and neck. She was extremely complete in her history taking, physical examination and treatment plan. As both a physician and her patient I would highly recommend d Dr Jaboo to all patients who need to be evaluated by a neurologist."

"I’ve only seen Dr. Mohen once, but I have nothing but nice things to say. She Is an expert with my condition, was very kind and explained everything as well as other options, and helped me find the right medication with my psychiatrist. Not only that, but the staff is fantastic. Doctors can be great but staff can really break a place and they hired the right people. I saw the doctor last year and they remembered to call me today to schedule a new appointment for July which I thought was really awesome customer service. I wish I would’ve gotten the woman’s name. I’m happy to have finally found a great neurology practice."
