"Best customer service!!! 10/5 stars!!!! We are a military family who just arrived to Florida two months ago. We purchased our home and was gearing up for our official move in and reserved two trucks to do a load and unload at our storage unit. Brad gave me a call and told me that one truck was getting dropped off late and wouldn’t be available till 10am. I told him that causes a little pickle for us since we have movers coming at 8 am and he told me he will get that fixed. He called me back and told me his guy is going to work late to get that truck ready to go for our 7 am mobile pick up time! He saved me from all the stress and panic and honored our reservation. Great guy and great business to work with! Thank you all for taking care of our resy!"
"DO NOT GO TO THIS U-HAUL !!!!!!! They are so unorganized that from the start gave us the wrong truck and then called us the day after we returned it (at 7am mind you) accusing us of not returning the truck, lying saying they have called my husband over and over to get the truck back when the reservation was under my number so that was all a lie oh and charged us for 3 days when we only had it for one. Oh another thing the best part..they don’t even apologize they argue with you and then deny that they messed up. HORRIBLE."
"I went to drop off my trailer. And the person (BRAD) (BRADLEY) who took off my trailer was completely rude. All he asked me was how was your day in an arrogant way and when I responded back to him, he ignored me completely. He never informed me that dropping off the trailer in a different location was going to be an extra charge at all, and I was never informed when I picked up my trailer that there was going to be an extra charger if it was dropped off in the wrong location. Called customer service and they informed Brad about this information. he deliberately lied to customer service saying that he informed us about the extra charge. The fact that an employee there didn’t give us anything exactly no explanation and we asked if we need to sign anything or if there’s anything else that we should know and he completely disregarded us. This just shows how unprofessional this location is with their employees and customers. Lack of service, lack of communication. I do not recommend this location at all and now I have to pay a fine of $200 when it was only supposed to be $40. I’m very disappointed in this and from now on I’m choosing a different company."
"DO NOT GO HERE Bradley was arrogant and rude, I was made to feel as though I was stupid through out the interactions I had with him. The other man was also rude. The van we were given also smelled like manure. I should have read the reviews online about this place before going and not assumed that just because it says "U-Haul" on the front of the building that my experience would have matched other locations. Because of these interactions I will not be using U-Haul services again."
"Reserved and paid ahead of time over $600 to get my hitch installed at this location. I was even told to go ahead and bring it in earlier than my scheduled reservation time and so I came in two hours before my scheduled time today and was reassured by the GM Jean Dominique that my vehicle would be ready before they closed at 7p. It is now 9:30p and I AM STILL WAITING for my vehicle to be done by the technician who stayedhours past closing to fix the issue this stores GM thought was ok. The GM thought it was appropriate to allow a customer who was schedule for Monday to come in without an appointment and go before the two reservations that were schedule for today. I arrived at 6:30p fully expecting my vehicle to be ready just to find out they hadn’t even started on it and that I should reschedule. I spent seven hours of my day waiting around for my vehicle that was promised to me by the GM that it would be ready before closing and now at 9:37 PM I am just now getting my vehicle after demanding the service be done because they decided that they would not reimburse me because I would’ve liked to have taken my vehicle elsewhere because of the zero respect they have for their customers and the lack of respect they have for the customers time. I have made a phone call to corporate as well and will be speaking with the manager at headquarters because this location and this general manager should not be allowed to continue to service the Tampa Bay area. No phone call, no communication, nothing when I came in even after this GM knew that they would be behind and my vehicles hitch I prepaid for would probably NOT get serviced. Absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable! The only decent person here is the technician who waited over three hours after closing to make this right. Thank you NATE for being the only good thing that had made such a HORRIBLE experience better."
