"Worst experience ever, be carefull!!. Office staff didn't want to give me a copy of my records, changed appointment times to two hours later twice without notifying me, just found it after arriving at the office. Staff in the Lake Nona location doesn't know what customer services is, treat you with disrespect. The manager, which is in Kissimmee location, is worst and never gets back to you. If you really care about your health go to another doctor. Even dr. Katakuri may be a good doctor, he has a staff that doesn't care about your health or time."
