"I've never had an eye exam go so quickly. I interacted with the doctor for maybe 5 minutes, if that. I brought up floaters twice, he never addressed them once. He asked if I used my glasses while on the computer I said sometimes. He said NOT to because my vision was fine up close. I explained that the font on my computer is cranked up over 5 times it's original size. He asks why and I say because it's blurry and strains my eyes. He asks if I mean headaches and suggests I visit a neurologist... :/ He says I can just use reading glasses and I say those don't work. I say even my current prescription is getting a little blurry, which is WHY I'm here. After testing lenses on both eyes, he does the final part of the exam with both eyes at the same time and asks if lens 1 or 2 is better. I immediately say 1 and he goes "I mean... MOST people don't notice a difference. But if you say so..." He looks at my eyes afterwards and says they look perfectly healthy. Between you and me, whoever is reading this, I have astigmatism. Already know this from previous doctors and it's kind of obvious to me since every point of light I see is full of long slanted lines. But he must not have noticed because when I get my prescription it is WEAKER than my current one AND has no corrections for astigmatism. Only useful thing he told me is that my nerves are congested where they meet. I paid 50 for a worse prescription than I have, and despite being in network. I want my money back so I can go to a doctor that knows what they're doing."

"Very rude staff. Doctor was nice. This place is just trying to make money, they do not care about you or your eyes. I did my contact lens fitting and my glasses prescription, but they never gave me my contact lens prescription. One lady at the front desk was extremely rude, she would not give me time to think about what kind of examination I wanted, she single handedly ruined my entire experience. Not to mention their appointment scheduling system sucks too. They cancelled my appointment after confirmation without providing any explanation. JUST DON'T GO HERE. NOT A GOOD PLACE."
