Even upon discovering that I was out of network and my insurance did not cover services at this location, he still helped me get the information I needed to ensure I’m able to find another provider that would take my insurance as I had experienced pain in my eye. As a result of Ervin’s attentiveness, compassion, and care for patients, I decided to pay out of pocket for my eye exam because I trusted this business.
