"I had micro blade done on my eyebrows. Bridgett never said my previous eyebrow tattoos were a concern because I had them done in 2008. While I was still there I said I was not happy with their shape . Bridgette made two adjustments but I still was not happy . She said she could do a touch up for additional money and to pay her cash for the touch up. An hour after I left I texted her that my eyebrows were too light and again she mentioned the touch up. As I said have had my eyebrows done before with someone else and had a great result with no touch up needed. No refund offered and no response to my concerns from Bridgett except to offer the touch up for additional money."
