"I’ve been a patient at Magnolia for over 5 years and the entire staff are always so warm and welcoming. They all make you feel comfortable and explain everything step by step. Dr. Wells has been so wonderful to me. I sure am going to miss her."

"Front desk staff is horrible. They are rude and give false information regarding my insurance. I was given an estimate saying my delivery was 100% covered with my insurance way early in my pregnancy. Fast forward to now, and I was just told the hospital is not in network with my insurance and will not accept it. I’m 35 weeks and now having to find a new provider to deliver my baby because of the inconvenience. I wish I was not lied to about my coverage and I would have found someone else way sooner. The other reason I do not like this facility is that I constantly wait to be seen for my appointment. I show up on time and sit in the waiting room 45 min to an hour or more every time. The communication at this office is not great overall. I would not recommend going here and regret choosing this OBGYN office. Now I’m struggling trying to switch to a new provider because I’m too far along in my pregnancy."

"I will say Dr. Roth is such a sweet and caring doctor! I loved seeing her every visit BUT her office staff is hands down the WORST and RUDEST people i have ever dealt with. I was two months pregnant and I was checking in for my appointment when i told the lady with the fakest eyelashes (she's the rude one) that I wasn't feeling good and for her to tell Dr. Roth that. eye lashes took my temperature and told me i had a temp of 104, which that temp could literally kill the baby gone untreated, and she told me to admitently leave. i understand that they needed to protect the other patients but they are literally inside a hospital. they didn't help me at all and MADE me leave. I had to go to another hospital inorder to get the care i needed. now let's jump forward to when i was almost 5 months pregnant and i was in the process of getting my insurance switched. I was on my parents insurance and aged out so i was switching it into my name. I didn't go one day without insurance coverage but they refused to see me, knowing i was completely insured, for almost two months because i was waiting for my insurance card to be mailed to me. finally, I was over driving an hour and a half and dealing with the fake eyelash lady so I was in the process of switching to a hospital closer to me. it took them two weeks to give me my medical records. I had called them every other day asking why it hadn't been sent to my new doctor, eye lashes told me she did send it which i don't believe and she told me to "just drive up here and get them yourself". I work full time while being a full time college student so i literally didn't have the three hours to drive there and back. finally being fed up with it i called and told them just to email the record, i was told they would. never got the email. called three hours later asking for them to send the records, they said they would. never got them. so i called them a third time, same day, and told them i will wait on hold until i received my records. i waited for 30 minutes and finally got them. Dr. Roth is amazing but dealing with eyelashes isn't worth it."

"Dr. Wells is courteous and does a great job in listening to her patients. Office staff are friendly. Depending how busy the office might be, you may have to wait about 15-30 minutes after your appointment time to be seen by physician."

"I felt like a transaction more than I did a patient, which was extremely stressful to deal with while pregnant. Billing charges were frequent and steep in comparison with service/ level of care provided. Many of the concerns I brought up were written off. This was especially concerning to me because those same issues were validated and treated once I sought a second opinion elsewhere. Please save yourself time, energy, money, and headaches and find the best care for your pregnancy somewhere other than Magnolia OBGYN. If I could, I would have chosen a different provider for my OB needs from the start."
