"The dermatology department seems to treat people unfairly and run as a drama filled setting. Minority foreign employees are almost discriminated against and silly exclusion games are played which are ignored if not supported by the managers and higher ups."

"At one time this was the absolute best place to go. Unsure of what is going on now, but we had appt that we waited 3 months on. WE called them to check on time and office tried to say we cancelled. Then tried to say provider cancelled it. Then finally said oh yeah. He will be out of office. They dropped the ball and thought they could blame us. More importantly this is an issue we need seen about urgently. Would have loved to been rescheduled. They were going to make us wait another month and a half. The support staff has ruined it for us. We were even driving out of state. You have to trust in your drs and their staff. This isn’t what it once was. Would recommend anyone find someone who cares about their patients"
"Called to find out their office had cancelled an appointment we’d been waiting months for. The reason for the cancellation was that the provider wouldn’t be there. Never reached out to let us know. Had to find out when we called to confirm the appointment that was scheduled for a few days later. Their solution was to reschedule for a month from now. It didn’t really seem to bother them much. There are definitely better options out there. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I guess it doesn’t matter when they’re not the ones in pain."
