"Good people, but incompetent management. I'd suggest going to The Blood Connection. They have much better gift cards, AND your blood will still help those in need. Hopefully, things will change in a few years, and they'll get rid of the horrible leadership in South Carolina. In the meantime, donate to charities whose leadership reflect their compassion and caring, not those who make their charity look heartless and brainless."
"If I could give less than a star I would. I called seeking assistance because the home I rent is being condemned by the city code enforcement and they gave me a letter for emergency evacuation because the house is being condemned due to violations and the mold infestation. I spoke to a lady named Liz, I'm not sure if she was over busy or just having a bad day but her tone was aggressive and she kept calling me everything but my name. I told her my situation let twice and she still wasn't listening After me explaining my situation like three times she asked me for my number and told me someone would contact me. She didn't inform me of what to expect or anything. She just really seemed to be having a bad day. I'll be surprised if someone does reach out to me. She really didn't seem caring or interested in assisting me in my situation...Oh well so much for help."
