"My sons have both been seen at this office for over a year now, and after getting through the frustrating process of getting a first time visit, we had been happy. Dr. Pittard was wonderful to work with and always took his time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. We also had some really good experiences with a few of the nurses and how fun they made the visits for my kids. We found out at the end of last year that Dr. Pittard was no longer going to be at this location and they were going to be moving their patients to another location. We were disappointed to hear this but thought we would still give it a chance and see. Unfortunately my experience has not been good since these changes. Dr. Mollo and the nurse practitioner we have seen were both in a hurry and not very friendly. On our most recent visit when I called to set up a sick appointment (for the following day) I was told to go to their location on Highland Center Drive but when I showed up they were doing construction on that location and told me they were seeing their patients at Longtown. I drove back over to Longtown and then had to wait for over an hour to be seen. During the visit they prescribed both of my kids antibiotics but when I went to pick them up they had only sent the prescription for one of them. I called the office and they told me they would send over the other two but ended up only sending one of the prescriptions. I call again the next morning and am told a nurse will call me back. We were heading out of town that day and by the time the nurse called me back we had already left so I asked if they could send the prescription to a pharmacy where we were going and she said that wasn’t a problem. When I showed up at that pharmacy they didn’t have the prescription because it had been sent to our pharmacy in Columbia. Needless to say we will be looking for a new pediatrician."

"Absolutely the worst practice, not only is the doctor horrible but the front desk staff as well! To be fair, Dr. Pittard, was fine , but the new doctor, Dr Mollo is the worst. Unbeknownst to us she’s was our new doctor because Dr. Pittard left. I thought I would stick it out and see…nope I’m finding a new doctor. My kids are way too important. Long story short I would not recommend you take your children there, AT ALL!"

"We absolutely love all the doctors here including nurses and front staff. They're all kind and considerate. They hold babies when your hands are full and we adore you for that. They all come together and help with your kids when needed. Im very very happy with the care we receive here. They go above and beyond. ❤️ Thank you guys for being so great."

"I love the Longtown office. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the staff as well as the providers are awesome. However, I'm not sure who you have answering the phones (I'm assuming its an on call line) but they need to work on their CS (customer service). I have worked with customer care and HR for over 16 years and I get that some days can be annoying...but that should not dictate how you treat those calling in to receive help. Not sure I'll be calling in again due to the very rude and condisending tone of the young lady. I'll be mindful to use the portal. Overall still a wonderful pediatricians office!"

"This practice bought out my children's pediatric office that we have been using since they were infants. I am not pleased at all with this office. Our precious clinic was small and offered way better service. I have to wait 5 business days for a shot record when I even offered to do a same day appointment seems very poor service. It's a matter of emailing a piece of paper that's already in your computer, taking 5 business days to do so seems insane when your office is never busy when we come. We are definitely switching as this is just one of the many changes forced upon us that I don't agree with. I can't bring all 3 of my kids for an appointment, when they are not small. To force me to take 2 days off work for well visits seems insane to me also. Just not pleased with the lack of service. I would not recommend this office like I used to before this merger. Even my children don't like coming there anymore."
