I just want to speak to someone about my medication. I don’t know if you all need to hire more people or what but this is insane how many times I have tried to get in contact with you!"

"They have an answering service. You can never reach them. They were supposed to set me up with the pain clinic after saying they could do nothing for me. My follow up appointment was supposed to be the first part of Oct., had a family emergency and had to cancel and reschedule. Talked to answering service and have never heard anything from them or pain clinic and now we are a week away from Christmas. What a joke they are! My 1st appt. there the girls up front were giggling and talking. No need for an answering service!"

"This place is nothing but a joke. First I was referred to Dr. Igbokwe for chest pain and rib pain along with ongoing CRPS, didn't address it at all,wanted a brain MRI and something with my thyroid which I did ask for the thyroid thing but the next visit, he wanted to focus on that only. I had my primary doctor refer me to someone else who was Dr Yang of the same practice. The doctor scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ago after the staff told the dr it was okay to do so. The day of (today) I walked in and they said my appointment was canceled WITHOUT no knowledge of it even though it was in my mobile app 1 hour prior and even 30 mins prior to the appointment. Confirmed it 2 different ways and the front desk goes back to retrieve someone to tell me that they refuse to see me and Dr Yang doesn't feel comfortable seeing me and I need to continue with doctor Igbokwe only or they won't see me at all. I try to explain to them on why I tranfered to her but the staff cut me off before I could get my sentence out. 3 times they cut off my sentence. The staff is just so rude."

"Dr O’Keefe was very Thorough and professional. He explained my X-rays to such a degree I felt like I was in an anatomy class. I loved it. He was patient and kind. All the staff in his office were kind and considerate. Would highly recommend!!!!!"
