"My mom is there place is nice. Food is hit and miss. She loves the PT, OT and speech therapist stroke until is nice amd quiet. Nice private rooms. The case manager Laura is not friendly. It seems like she dont try to even help you. We wa told by her today we'll your mom can't go to another intensive therapy place because she's been here. She needs to go in a skilled nursing facility for rehab. I had said she has a follow up appt in Nashville with a nuerologist I've already been told they transport it was for the 18th. Laura said she won't be here on the 18th. When I called her out about it she acted like she didn't say that. Also stated they don't like the patients to miss a full day of therapy for doctors appt. I ask her was it a way to see my mom's charts like through a app my charts like most places has. She said no we dont have that. She's no help at all. And kinda rude and smart when she talks to you. I thought as a case Manger you findfacilities. I do work at a hospital."

"Being a nurse on staff here? I’m very disappointed reading these reviews. I was one who sincerely tried to give 150%. Who showed loving and professional care to every patient. However I was not given any feedback on policy. A very rapid orientation, trying to sincerely learn expectations only to be belittled and treated VERY unprofessional by a fellow nurse yelling at me in front of everyone and then I was let go?? After I had just had my contract extended. Unfortunately they cater to the ones who complain and not try to support the staff who are truly trying to be professional. Definitely a hostile environment. I had no problem with the other nurses it was the travel nurses who felt the need to belittle others and lie to make themselves look better. Only two were like this. But now I see why they can’t keep staff. Not ONCE was I pulled to be coached or asked about anything. Just a vague “not a good fit” after months of giving my all. They kept the very rude, very unprofessional staff. I’m truly sorry to everyone whose family has suffered. There WERE some of us who truly did try."

"The facility lacks communication. The speech pathologist buy my Grandmother on a puree diet though she was admitted due to a compound fracture. No one contacted me (Her PoA and Health Care Surrogate) about the change. This morning the nurse yelled at me about giving my grandmother a doughnut. She had to look at the chart to say the change was made over 2 days ago. When asked why, she couldn't say but said it was not her area. So a 100 year old woman can't eat her food because a woman decided not to let her eat soft foods and tell no one. You have to fight for your loved ones in this facility."

"After being a nurse, for 16 years, I have never seen a nursing facility operate in such a manner. After swearing to my mother that she would never be put in a facility, I had to send her to rehab after several back surgeries. My mother was left two days after being there at night without being turned, her clothes were not changed on multiple occasions she did not receive baths. She now has a friction spot on her bottom. The nursing staff does not ever call the family with any changes and today they’ve had to lower her to the floor because the nursing staff transferred her instead of therapy when they did not know her transfer status. I will never send another patient back to this facility nor another family member as a Nurse of 16 years do not go to this facility !"

"This used to be a great place but this last visit has blown my mind. Staff is very lackadaisical, leaving my mother in a wet diaper for hours to the point she wet through to her cloths... you would think someone in for uti related recovery would have better hygiene care.. also no showers/ bath for 2 weeks... I am giving 2 stars for the meals which were good and for the 1 or 2 good nurses who tried harder than most. Won't use this place again.."
