"The entire staff was very professional and really nice. They treated me really well and I didn't have much of a wait until I was seen, Maybe 15 minutes. They did everything and more than I was expecting and I couldn't be more thankful for such an amazing staff! If you have to go the ER this is the place to go where you will be treated fairly no matter what you look like. I can't tell you how many horrible hospital experiences I've had in my life and this one was great. If me or my family ever needs to go to the ER again we will only be going to TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital!"

"I’m not sure what to even say here. I’m very disappointed to start with. My father was admitted 6 days ago for pain under his shoulder blade. This is what happened in 6 days time. He was in CCU because of his BP and heartbeat was extremely too high. Pain related. Couldn’t find a cause for shoulder pain. Then was told he may have gall stones. Then he had pneumonia in both lungs. Had a feeding tube put in then taken out. Had a full face oxygen mask on then took him off that. Had sever stomach pain. White blood count was up. Today he was moved to hospice. My family and I still don’t know why. I had to go to work. While I was at work my mom agreed to sign papers to send him to hospice house. So Greenview has no explanation to what is wrong with my dad, so just send him off to die . I’m sorry, we would at least like to know why he’s dying and why a hospital wont answer that."

"I just want to give a shout-out to the emergency room department staff for taking the best care of my daughter. I thank you for being thorough and kind. Were we there 6 hours? Yes, but the care that was received and the difference in her from the time I brought her in and the time we left made it 100% worth it. There were codes being called and trauma patients being brought in but they did great! Can’t thank them enough!"

"I had excellent care today at Greenview. I had a scope and a colonoscopy. Everyone was very kind and professional. Special shout out to Taylor, a nursing student. I am afraid I don’t remember a lot of your staffs names. I do remember the warm smiles and professional care. Special thank you to Dr. Avi. I feel fortunate to have had such a skilled physician."

"I had surgery today. And although I’m supposed to be resting, I COULD NOT allow the day to go by without publicly acknowledging how friendly, patient, and respectful the staff were toward me and my family today. I was nervous, scared to death- and each member of the team reassured me that I was in good hands and that I would be fine. There were no lies told! Although all of the staff were phenomenal, I have to give a huge shoutout to my surgeon, Dr. Drexel. He is the best! Hands down! I also have to personally thank Wendy, Kara, Nurse Angela and RN Post-Op LaNita. These ladies truly went above and beyond."
