"If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Unprofessional staff! EVERY SINGLE VISIT. From personal experience, the receptionist is curt and rude. I witnessed her display the same with two others checking in after me. One patient checking in went as far as to calling her out causing a fued at the check in counter. If you get to actually see Dr. Ali, he shows no interest in your care other than to get into his nutrition program. I had questions. But rather than talk with me he told his PT to give me brochures. He showed ZERO interest in personally communicating with me. That is the only time I actually saw or spoke with him in several years. Follow-ups and other visits for any issue is directed to his staff. Due to his lack of interest, the cardiologist should change careers (Cardiology to Nutrition). And yes, I met with the office manager. She admitted there were issues and complaints and she thought she had addressed them. Needless to say NOTHING changed."

"I had a stress test scheduled today and Jan and Brian was awesome. They helped me understand the test and walked me through. Only complaint I have is the receptionist at the front desk. She had an attitude as if I was a nuisance. Not good."
