"I like going to The Hair Cuttery to get a low maintenance buzz cut when my hair gets long but stylists always argue and try to make me change my mind. This goes beyond clarification questions, and instead stylists actively try to convince me not to do the buzz cut option. I am made to feel pressured to do a haircut I don’t want and am made to feel unwelcome. This has happened during multiple visits. Haircut quality is good but the lack of respect for customer choice has me reconsidering whether I want to get my hair cut at this business."
