"I got a haircut from Judy and she was so sweet and kind. She did a wonderful job and my hair looks so much better. I've gotten bad haircuts in the past and was nervous but she immediately put me at ease and my hair looks great!"

"By far the worst updo I got from someone whose profile said that they specialized in updos. I spent $70+ on something I honestly could have done at home. I know that price may not seem like a lot since it is hair cuttery which is located in every shopping plaza, but the results were terrible. I didn't even want to take a picture to capture how bad it looked. The stylist couldn't even follow the simple picture I provided--1 braid on each side ending in a low bun--THAT'S IT. She didn't even braid my hair which I didn't call her out on because I knew she couldn't handle it since she couldn't even curl my hair properly to begin with!!! The manager also isn't the most friendly. This is my 2nd time here for 2 different reasons, and every time, she rubs me the wrong way. The 1st time I came for a just a wash--literally shampoo and conditioner, nothing more. The manager, NOT my stylist, charged me $20!!! I used to pay less than $10 + tip. Why do all of the employees have to ask her what to charge their clients? She isn't doing their hair! I had to negotiate the price down from $90+, and at the end, even that wasn't worth it. You should have a set price for all services with a little room to add for extremely long or short hair--I have a little longer than shoulder length hair, and she wanted to charge me for long hair. They also wanted to charge to wash my hair--why isn't that price built in? I used to frequent this place a lot, but I will say that I am not going back. Extremely disappointed."

"I don’t post negative reviews but this deserves a mention. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE EVER. I came in to get my hair trimmed by Jenny Ju. Jenny previously TRIMMED my hair a few months ago so I thought I could trust her to trim my hair again. As previously requested I DID NOT WANT MORE THAN THREE (3) INCHES trimmed off, it was a simple shampoo & cut/trim, no style (it’s Hair Cuttery chain so I wasn’t expecting much, just a trim). Same as before. This did not happen. I’m still trying to process what did happen. When I came in (on 3/7/2022) Jenny & I discussed how she was only to trim THREE inches off. I thought we had communicated this & she seemed to understand. Next thing I know BEFORE she even shampooed my hair AND WITHOUT TELLING ME (as I’m sitting in the chair) she silently used something to cut off six inches, stands me up to go wash my hair & I ask her what she just did, turned around & saw my hair she had just cut off laying on the floor (CUT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR NOTIFYING ME WHAT SHE WAS DOING) I got upset, started crying & Jenny says well it’s been cut what am I supposed to do now … WHAT!!!???! She proceeds to wash my hair, attempts to fix my hair to no avail bc when she was “finished” w/ my hair it was UNEVEN & LOPSIDED. She BUTCHERED my hair WITHOUT MY PERMISSION & I do believe she butchered my hair INTENTIONALLY. Needless to say she needs to be held accountable. She doesn’t deserve to have her hair license."
