"I got my hair done by Tae around November 2023 and I’m just now remembering to leave a review because my first appointment with her was a consultation and it went fine I was told the price of what I wanted done was $375, the day of my appointment she changed the price to $395 and I asked why and she didn't actually explain. So I just said ok and got my hair done, she rushed through the whole appointment and my hair was not even close to the inspiration picture I showed her, it was a wayyy different color and it had very blonde zebra like stripes on the top of my head when the color I wanted was more of a darker type blonde with darker roots. My curtain bangs were also uneven. I had to come back another day because I explained to her that it’s not what I wanted and got it “fixed” free of charge, and still was not happy with any of it because my hair was now brown with the exact same highlights she did the first time and didn’t even fix my bangs. So I just left because it wasn’t worth asking her again to keep fixing it and not getting anything close to what I was asking her."

"It is a lovely place. People are very friendly there. You feel like everyone really cares about you. Kristine combed my hair, and I loved what she did."

"Please ask for Thuy (pronounced Twee), she's probably the best hairstylist I can ever get, especially if you're an Asian man. I have been with Thuy for close to 10 years! Facility: This is a VERY upscale salon. The staffs are very friendly. A little unfortunate that the price is also on the higher end. But honestly, I'd go wherever Thuy goes."

"I’ve been going to this salon for a couple years now. The whole staff is super friendly, the facility is clean, and the massage chairs they have in the hair washing station are super comfy. I have been seeing Mai for my hair for over 4 years and I have never been unhappy with her service. She will listen to you, provide excellent advice, and she’s incredibly sweet as well!"

"I appreciate that they're open Sundays. Tae rushed through my haircut, slicing out huge chunks at a time and not even looking to see if they were level. Whole cut took under 20'mins ted. Now i'm left with this horrible hacked up uneven mess (see pics). It's pretty abhorrent. I've never had such a bad haircut in all my life. To think I paid well over $100 for this makes me sick."
