"I waited 3 days before I left this review because I was hoping that I would feel better about my hair, but truly, I’m just as upset as ever! Umit gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life! It’s so upsetting because he literally did the exact opposite of everything that I asked. The first thing I stressed is that I don’t want it short! He literally chopped off 4-5 inches to where I can’t even tie it back. I also stressed that my hair feels too heavy, especially in the crown area so to thin it out. The cut he gave me actually made the top heavier! It’s just a short heavy ridiculous bob! I’m really not a picky person, especially when it comes to my hair, but I feel butchered! Even my coworkers laughed at it! It’s going to take a really long time for it to grow back to a point where I feel ok about it. I didn’t express my unhappiness before I left because I knew that there was no fixing it! This was my 3rd time seeing him and he usually does a good job, but after this, I will never go back. He’s a nice guy so I felt bad even leaving this review but this haircut is so upsetting that I just had to let him know. Please do not reach out to me as this can NOT be fixed. For the future, you should really take time and listen to what your customers are asking for before you go scissor crazy! So upsetting."

"Had long layers by Elly and was very satisfied with the result even with no blowout. She respected my wish to not cut too much and even though there was a bit of language barrier it went well and she styled my bangs for no extra cost."
