"The lesson here is likely: don’t be a walk-in. Set up an appointment. The walk-in barber immediately started giving me edges when I only asked for a skin fade. Doing that opens my forehead up and makes me look pretty silly. Later, he still tried to do clean up on the edges with a razor even when I asked him to only do the back. It was difficult to hear him and speak to him. I asked him to thin out the top and take about half off but all he did was quickly cut it all evenly which… looks real dumb when you’ve got a few inches of hair on the top of your head. Fade was fine. The rest: very bleh. I’ll get an appointment next time with one of the other folks and update this on the result of that."

"The staff here are incredibly nice and understanding. I booked an appointment at 4:20 but due to complications I arrived around 15 minutes late and they were still able to take me in. Granted, I didn’t get the same barber out as I wanted on the appointment but the man I got Kadir I believe his name was did a really good job despite the somewhat communication barrier. I might also add that on the website, I selected a beard trim without noticing in the barber, gave me a leeway, and just gave me the cost of a normal haircut"
