"I have been going to Biolife for about 8 months now, before it was pretty quick as far as getting in and out but over the past few weeks the lines have been so long it makes you wonder why they even have appointments. They clearly need to schedule less appointments or hire more staff. Many people end up leaving because they don't want to wait in line for two hours."
"The staff really does care! They saw I ate 4 hrs prior to the visit and made sure I had snacks and 2 protein shakes. The physician made it so smooth and easy while also being very informative for my 1st time donating. It was a little long because of paperwork but the whole step of the way was delightful because of the staff."
"While BioLife is great, it can't be compared to Red Cross. Red Cross as the best service anyone can have. Right now they are having a $20 give card for anyone that wants to donate platelets or blood. While I can't donate blood, I can still do the platelets donate. One thing that I really like about Red Cross is that they let you get as many snacks as you want after your blood or others donation."

She makes sure i understand the process completely and even reviews facts with me. I already have a great experience, but she makes it even better."
"I was greeted with a beautiful smile and evaluated by Nina for blow sample and blood pressure. Very respectful and courteous. Took great care of me and sent me on my way to see Audrey who was my PH. Audrey stuck me so easily it was flawless. Audrey checked on me repeatedly to make sure I was feeling well and that the process was going fluently. My experience was awesome with both ladies today."
