"I had a dental emergency and they got me in the same day. They were able to repair my partial on site. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Jeppesen was especially helpful. He repaired my partial and it fit better than before. I signed up for one of their membership plans and I'm looking forward to my next appointment for a cleaning from Kameron who did my intake. She was nice and professional. The entire visit was covered by my plan. I can highly recommend Southeastern Dental Center."
"I was very impressed by the time I came into the office. I was welcomed by the staff, they introduced themselves with explaining the different rooms and what is done, each person introduced themselves to me as well as asking about me and life then a welcome gift which really impressed me as well. When the dentist came in they told him about me and what was my issue as to why I was there. We then went over everything and gave me options and came up with a plan that we both agreed to. I felt totally comfortable and not pushed into anything that I didn't want. Before I left I already knew I was coming back. I felt like I was part of the family there Thank you all"
"Oh my God, the staff and doctors are so wonderful. When I called Southeastern to schedule appointment, the young lady put my right in on the same day I called. Never knew that was going to happen. I has no insurance, and that was no problem with them. They treated me with love and respect. They was so understanding and patience with me. The place was very clean inside and out. I definitely felt like I was at home with all my love one's. I thank you Southeastern Dental Center, I love you all so very much."
"All staff went above and beyond to provide timely and outstanding service. The environment was very pleasant and comfortable. I didn't feel like just another patient! Staff was ready for me in no time, and no rushing through the service because they "overbooked" like many other establishments. Also, the appt was scheduled promptly. The team displayed a high level of motivation, concern, and kindness to me. Processes were clearly defined and easily explained. Highly recommended and glad I found this facility!
