"They will lie and tell you absolutely anything you need to hear to get you to sign that contract for braces. They installed my daughter's braces with the wrong glue came out and told me the girl used the wrong glue and they would fix it at her next appointment because they had an emergency and had to evacuate at out initial appointment. My daughter lost a bracket within a couple months and they threatened to discharge us. They suddenly had no recognition of them putting on the wrong glue and telling me about it. They now say this never happened. My daughter's have appointments on the same day one hour apart. Today they were 20 minutes late for the first appointment and refused to see either of them. Had to reschedule both appointments even though it wasn't even time for the 2nd appointment and again threatened to discharge us. I'm sure they will after this review. Please please take your child anywhere else. The front staff is out of this world rude! I was promised when signing for the braces if anything ever happened you could immediately walk on for an emergency appointment. Absolutely not true. The front desk staff is so rude and unhelpful you would think that's what they actually get paid for!"

"I really tried with this place for years but today was the last straw! They wanted me to bring my daughter back 3 times in one week for the metal piece in her mouth sticking out! They would not fix it unless she got a cleaning but left the metal sticking out! And its still not fixed but oh her teeth are clean! What kind of sense does that make?! Will never come back here."

"0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE Apparently they have this policy if you don’t confirm the appointment they cancel it without notifying you. Which is insane because when I scheduled my babies appointments 3 weeks ago, I asked for their cancellation policy & would I receive a reminder. They advised nothing about canceling if I didn’t confirm the appointment 7 days ahead of time. When voicing this to the receptionist she was very rude. Both of the African American women behind the desk are sitting behind the desk like their some sort of God, rolling their eyes, providing smart responses to several clients who approached them. If you have any other option I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dentist. I just scheduled my babies a new appointment 2 weeks from now & is paying out of pocket because their customer service at Franklin Dental was just that horrible."

"It's a shame I can't leave 0 stars. My daughter had an appointment at 11:15. Arrived 15 mins early, Waited in line to get checked in. Finally got to the front just to find out that our appointment had been changed from 11:15 to 11:00. It was 11:03 I was 3 minutes late and could not be seen. I guess they are allowed to randomly change your appointment without any notice. On top of that the entire staff at the front desk was VERY rude and disrespectful. How they have a job in health care is beyond me. They refuse to give an excuse from work/school. I pretty much had to show my a** until the Dr. came from the back and wrote me an excuse. I think the entire staff at the front desk should be fired and consider a job at McDonald's where their attitudes will fit right in."

"Wait times are long, the room can be very chaotic and loud. Also, today I had to wait for the dentist in the cleaning chair with my child for a long time. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff being rude personally, they treat my kid kindly and with patience. The dental assistant that usually cleans her teeth is such a sweet woman, I wish I knew her name so I could give her the proper kudos. They’ve even worked with me before to squeeze my child in for an emergency appointment. All in all, they’re pretty good. I just wish the wait times were better."
