"Absolutely awful when it comes to respecting your time and being an inconvenience. My four children has been doing here since Dr. Lopez. This is actually my 2nd time having this same issue so I decided to write a review. I ALWAYS have to wait at least 25 after my child’s checkin time and waiting isn’t the huge issue. The issue is getting left in the lobby almost 30 minutes past checkin time and no receptionist has communicated with me. Things happen and that’s understandable but at least be courteous and respect my time by giving me the option upfront to reschedule. I always tell them “if I arrive 20 plus minutes late would I have been able to check my child in” their answer is ALWAYS no. There should be a mutual respect for time! And there’s never any accountability. Time management is something that needs to be worked on here! Be prepared to wait for at least a hour. My appointment was at 3:45 It is currently 4:20 and no one has said anything to me since I walked in to check in."
