Made an appointment and then about a week later get a call saying my insurance was no longer accepted weeks ago . If my insurance is no longer accepted then they should’ve never took my information and scheduled me . Complete waste of my time"

"My whole family has been going To this provider for 6 years Period he does not take anything you have into I have symptoms for pods.And he will not do any type of testing due to it being a waste of time.My mother is diabetic and she needs shot Insurance would not cover a specific shot.So he said that he would not do an appeal because it was a waste of his time.He had no longer taken my father's insurance instead of telling him to his face and letting him know they sent him a letter. If you are sick, you can't get in right away.You have to wait three months to see him and they just say go to a med center My whole family will be finding a new provider to get us the specific care and help that we need that we also deserve"
