"I was able to reserve an appointment slot within an hour of my call. I spoke with Amy on the phone and then checked in with her when I arrived. She was very friendly and kind. I was only able to read about 2 or 3 pages of my book before my name was called, so it was very prompt and wasn't made to wait very long. That's always nice when you're feeling ill & under the weather. A gentleman took me back to the room, I believe his name was Chris, and asked about my symptoms etc. He was also very kind and knowledgeable. He performed the usual temp check, blood pressure, and ekg tests efficiently and professionally. The biggest thing for me was when he did the nose swabs for the Rapid COVID & Flu tests, he was extremely gentle and had a very light touch. I've had other people jam them up in there like they are digging for gold. I was very pleased with his light touch and hope if I have to return I can have him handle the nose swabs. A few more pages in the book and I was greeted by Dr. Tabitha. She was also extremely kind and very knowledgeable. She asked me about my symptoms as well & listened to my lungs, checked out my sinus passages, & was able to confirm that it was a sinus infection like I had self diagnosed myself with. After dealing with an annual/bi annual sinus infection for my life I'm usually right on the nose ;). One of the things I appreciated the most about Dr Tabitha was that when giving me the prescriptions she asked about what I've known works best for me and my body and how I typically respond. Because of this I was able to get a Z-pack & a steroid which gets me back to fighting shape in a matter of days vs just Amoxicillin which typically takes the full week to get me back up @ 100%. Also Tabitha sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy before I left the building. I got a call as I was turning on my car that they were ready for pick up!! Every single person I interacted with was professional, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and just downright friendly. I had to drive a little out of the way, but I have had a good previous experience with them so it was definitely worth it. I plan on returning to their clinic in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family. I give them ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars across the board. You won't regret bringing your sickly self to their practice in your time of need."
