I let her know that I may pass out and she helped me go to a room that would lay me down. I did not feel anything at all and sooner than later my blood work was done. "Mrs. Karen was an amazing help. So knowledgeable, sweet, and kind. I have issues with getting my blood drawn and continuously have passed out and no one has ever helped me or showed me away around this happening. Mrs. Karen took 2 minutes out of her day to not only comfort me but to show me if lay down wile I get my blood drawn then I won’t pass out like I usually do witch was surprising to me because I have been to multiple quests and have warmed them all about my problem and none of the employees have ever told me this till today. You check in on an easy to use touch pad. The phobotemist calls you in an her tiny space does a painless blood draw. Easy peasey."
