"Started going here because I was a member of the Crystal River location. This gym is great! 0 complaints, I’ve never had to wait on a machine, they have pretty much any machine you could need. It’s never overly busy like some gyms around here (EOS). I highly recommend at least trying this gym out."
"Best place to workout in Port Richey! The certified trainers they have are very knowledgeable and patient. They really care about you hitting your goals and are super patient and understanding when something comes up during our scheduled session. The child care is a great complement as well. Other gyms I went to were super crowded and the trainers were so distracted all the time. Thank you staff for making this a good place to workout at!"

"Great gym! Love the atmosphere and the employees are very kind. I love the equipment and really appreciate that the owner is open to hearing our opinion/request and has even brought in new equipment or swapped out equipment to accommodate customers. I love that they have a kids care and Jill is amazing with my kids. My kids are always excited to know when I’m headed to the gym which makes me happy cause I know they are well taken care of.
