And the front desk slow as molasses medical field is a fast pace world and accuracy. So we ended getting rescheduled due to the idiot arguing he gets see and we had to rescheduled. Great for making it a huge inconvenience for us. Brave for unprofessionalism."

He explained I had narrow ear canals and after he removed the wax, he suggested I use ear drops from time to time to avoid this problem in the future. "Great experience today at ENT. My husband was a new patient suffering from ear pain for the last three weeks. We arrived 10mins early, the waiting room was packed. We checked in and waited 45 minutes before being called. Seems the high wait time is the norm here which is the reason for 4 stars, instead of 5 stars. The nurse who assisted us was friendly and welcoming. After getting the required info, Dr Reschly MD came in promptly to evaluate. We were impressed with his bedside manner and intellect. He found my husband's ear was in inflamed and drained the fluid. He administered powder medication to help dry out the ear as he observed excess moisture. My husband's ear is feeling dry, better than before, but needs more time to heal. We were satisfied with the care and since good care is worth waiting for, we will return for followup. The staff in the front was extremely friendly and we felt welcomed."
