Everyone was very help full and professional, I was prescribed a MRI and I was having trouble finding a place and get approval from my insurance company. I called back to Care One and with in minutes APRN Lambert called me back and help me find a place and got me approval from my insurance company. I know this was not her job to do so but she went out of her way for me. Thank you again. Your the best."

"Rude front office staff. Would not bill our insurance for services I verified was covered before hand with our carrier. We asked them to please call insurance and confirm coverage and they refused. They left me with the words hanging in my mouth, said goodbye and slammed the phone in my ear. Will not be going there again. Do yourself a favor and find a place with a caring staff."

"The provider saw my two-year-old less than a week ago. I called the nurses line with a question and a secretary impersonating a nurse took the call. I politely asked multiple times to speak to a provider or to get a call back. The secretary gave me incorrect health advice and was extremely rude. When I asked for her name, her response was “don’t worry about it.” Still have not received a callback from the provider. I would not recommend that anyone take their child or loved one here. Dr. Brown was lovely but this practice is not safe due to uneducated and disrespectful office staff."
