"I went to them two years ago and it was an absolute disaster. Now, two years later they're billing me $1,000+ for services their claiming my insurance didn't cover even though I paid my deducible each visit. I was disgusted by their practice two years ago and this just confirms their shady practices."

"Horrible place, they just want money. Only saw the doctor for five minutes once in two years. Saw a different assistant every visit. Take 3 to 4 days to refill a prescription, want you to jump through hoops to get a refill. They charge way too much for the bad service they provide. Would not recommend."

"My very first appointment went okay but by the second, third, and fourth appointment I realized they were just there to herd the mental health sheep and keep people quiet. For years I have been suffering my mental health, and finally being an adult I expected that I'd be able to get the help I know I desperately need, but the more I talked to these people the more I was convinced that they did not care about my problems. It seemed as if every appointment I was being rushed and being told about myself as if I didn't know my own symptoms. At the end of every appointment every doc would run down a list of short notes and repeatedly ask me about my past substance abuse before deciding to put me on some kind of antipsychotic and telling me to get me sleep. This place is very very sad and should be closed, or at least replace the doctors with REAL doctors."

"This place is the most horrible place that a patients can go for help. Drs and staff don’t care about the suffering of people with mental health issues like me. Last week was my first interaction with this people and was the most horrible experience as a mental health patient I have ever recibe. Staff will hung up on you on the middle of a crisis and treat like you are not a person at all. I’m faking a formal complaint for the way I was treat because that why we as mental health patients have rights and they violate all of them with me. Will not recommend this facility to no one. Please stay way and avoid then worsening your condition that all I experience last Friday. Thanks you! This place need an evaluation of there practices by Florida department of health and stop what they do to people like me."
